BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN CITY CENTRE FLAT in Inverness, Highland for sale

I live in a private rented 2 bedroom flat the city centre of Inverness beside Inverness Bus Station and above Inverink Tattooist, I occupy one of the bedrooms but I am looking for somebody who would be interested in occupying the other bedroom. It is a modern flat and is very centrally located. I am looking for somebody who could move in asap, the beginning of July being ideal - ideally someone who works full-time who would not have a problem with bill payments. As I have lived in the tenancy for nearly two years, I would like somebody who would treat the place with some respect as I have been let down by former flatmates. A young professional would be ideal :) The rent per month is £300, the deposit is £300 and there are bills per month - therefore per month it works out to around £430.
