This is a very roomy boat for it's size, sleeping 4 with a double berth forward and 2 single berths in the saloon, 'ball head' sea toilet between the saloon and forward cabin, sink below the companionway hatch which is plumbed to a fairly large water tank below the forward berth. The hull has been repaired where necessary and painted, rubbing strakes and outboard mounting have been replaced with Iroko, cabin linings have been replaced with painted tongue and groove panelling and varnished Iroko trim, bulkheads have been rubbed down and varnished, old skin fittings and hoses have been replaced, standing rigging has been replaced where necessary, windows have been re-sealed, new non-slip deck paint and a fresh coat of anti-fouling. There are 6 sails with the boat, which are in fairly good condition for age. It has had roller reefing fitted at some point in the past so the older sails might not be needed. There is also an anchor included with the boat. This will make someone a great wee boat, they were well sought after in their day and are very stable and easy to sail.
